Predators
Wolf, wild cat, jackal and fox are hunted throughout the year.
The Wild cat World record (fell: 82.99 CIC points) is Bulgarian.
The permanent increasing populations of wolf, jackal and fox are very worrisome.
Our guests have hunted with us 16 wolves (last time in January 2005).
The hunt is often by chance, during the hunt for other game species.
The chances are good in Rhodope and Balkan mountains and in the Danubian hilly plain (hunting grounds Bolyarka and Cherni Lom).
With a good preparation, the purposive hunting for wolf, jackal and fox can be very successful. |

Birds
Bird shooting excites our guests.
Hunting for quails and turtle doves (CITES) opens on 15th August.
A bag of 100 birds per hunter is no rareness. Best results by end of August - beginning of September.
To the North of Varna lies "Via Pontica",
permanent centuries-old route of migrating birds from North to South that provides excellent opportunities for successful
wild ducks and wild geese hunting in December and January.
The south Black Sea coast is known for excelent snipes and wood cock hunting.
Bulgaria also provides good partridge and rock partridge shooting.
We have hunting grounds that are well known for the perfect organization of pheasant driven hunts and individual pheasant hunts. |
